Responsibilities:
- Review the cleaning specifications for each residence
- Travel to the residences to perform a variety of household cleaning tasks in a timely and professional manner
- Fill out the completed task list
- Bring your best attitude
- Take ownership of your work by being honest about progress, challenges, or mistakes, ensuring trust and transparency with both clients and the team
- Show initiative to go above and beyond in small details that matter to clients, making sure every home feels cared for the right way
- Collaborate with teammates by asking questions, sharing tips, and supporting one another so no one feels alone on the job
- Bring positive energy and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, making each day uplifting for you and your coworkers

Qualifications:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and uphold company cleaning standards with consistency
- Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 20 pounds throughout the workday
- Reliable and punctual with dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Strong teamwork and communication skills — willing to ask for help and support others
- Positive attitude with integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing, even when unsupervised
